By downloading, installing, or using the Jodu app ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Jodu is a photo collage maker app for iPhone that automatically cuts subjects from photos on your device. Users can layer cut-out elements on a freeform canvas and export their collages.
You retain all rights to the photos and collages you create using Jodu. The app processes your photos entirely on your device and does not upload, store, or claim ownership of any user content.
You agree to use Jodu only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the app.
Jodu offers optional in-app purchases ("Jodu Pro") through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Pricing and features are subject to change.
Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Jodu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
The Jodu app, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Jodu. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Jodu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jodu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
